Kitchen Experience

Ever wondered what it's like to work in one of Chicago's top kitchens?  Executive Chef Anthony Martin invites you to experience a day in the life of the Tru kitchen team.  The experience includes a full afternoon of staging in both the savory and sweet sides of the kitchen, observing the wait staff pre-service meeting, champagne and small bites for your efforts or even dinner that evening in the restaurant.

Cost is $200, which includes champagne and small bites in our lounge.  Gift certificates are available.
