Menus

To make party planning simple, Chef has created a variety of three to five-course menus to fit a variety of occasions.  From the "Rehearsal Dinner" to a collection of Chef's favorite plates, the menus are sure to please your guests.  You are most welcome to build your own menu from his suggestions.

Passed Canapes: Small bites such as mini-beef wellington, lobster rolls and smoked mozarella spheres pair perfectly with champagne and cocktails to begin any private dining event.  Items are priced by the dozen.
