The Kitchen Table provides the ultimate backstage experience at Tru, where we serve two to eight guests who enjoy a revealing, behind-the-scenes dining experience in one of the country's most visually striking kitchens. Located in a private room in Tru’s kitchen, with windows overlooking both the savory kitchen and the pastry kitchen, this table offers a totally unique experience for the diner. With no menu presented to guests, the chefs create a spontaneous ten-course Collection menu for each member of your party, experiencing Tru in its purest and most lively form.
